Terms & Conditions Mee Time HandCrafted Holidays LLP or Proprietary would not be responsible, in any circumstances, for any loss, damages, etc. that may be incurred/ suffered by you if the information provided by you in the Online Booking Form turns out to be inaccurate/ incorrect. In case of Part Payment Facility for certain Tours Balance payments towards the cost of the Trip and Registration Form must reach us at least 45 days prior to the departure OR by the specific date conveyed as last day for receiving the payment for your tour. If you fail to do so, it would be construed that you are not interested in the tour. In this case you would lose your seat on the trip and regular cancellation charges as per the policy would apply. For International Tours, if due to any reason, the visa is not granted by the respective Consular office/Embassy of the country or if there is a delay in visa processing, Mee Time will not be responsible for the same. The Tulip festival began in the same year to boost tourism and to promote Floriculture in Kashmir. Both these objectives have been very successfully achieved with the Tulip Festival of Kashmir. Much like the Cherry Blossom Festival in Japan, the onset of this festival is not exactly on the same dates every year. Usually held between March and May. The festival lasts almost for a month and start dates are declared in advance. This year the Tulip Festival will be held between 3rd April and 30th April. Tulips of every hue, shape and size and other varieties such as Daffodils, Hyacinths, Roses, Ranunculi, Muscaria, Iris which are endemic to Europe create a Kaleidoscopic Visual Treat in our land of Kashmir!
