Day 1: Arrive in Vienna.

Welcome to Vienna – the capital of Austria and also known as the “City of Music” due to it musical legacy. It is one of the finest cities in the world in its own imperial ways. On arrival at Vienna Airport, clear immigration, collect your baggage and proceed outside where you will be greeted by your friendly professional tour manager, who will escort you to your hotel and assist with the check in. Relax in the comforts of your hotel.

Day 2: Guided tour of Vienna. Visit Schonbrunn Palace.

This morning proceed on a guided sightseeing tour of Vienna’s Innere Stadt (1st District), which contains its Old Town. This entire area has been classified as an official UNESCO World Heritage Site. Being a political and cultural capital for the House of Habsburg, Vienna served as a capital of the Holy Roman Empire, the Austrian Empire, and later the Austro-Hungarian Empire. The dynasty’s patronage long encouraged art, music and science, and as a result, the city of Vienna today is truly a treasure-trove of cultural attractions.

Today’s tour will take place inside of Vienna’s famed Ring. Our professional English speaking guide will show us Stephan Platz, which is home to Vienna’s iconic St. Stephen’s Cathedral. You’ll stroll down Karntner Strasse, Vienna’s most-famous shopping avenue and see the nearby Vienna State Opera House. Continue to explore Ringstrasse, the State Opera House, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Museum of Natural History, the Hofburg, Parliament, City Hall, the Burg theater and the University. Later proceed to Schönbrunn Palace, a former imperial summer residence located in Vienna, Austria. The 1,441-room Baroque palace is one of the most important architectural, cultural and historical monuments in the country. Following the tour, sit back in your coach as we drive to Budapest and check in to your hotel.

Day 3: Guided city tour of Budapest. Danube River Cruise.

We proceed for a guided city tour of Budapest. You will be passing by the Parliament building before crossing the Danube on the Margaret Bridge and drive to the Royal Castle on the Buda side of the city. Here you will have some free time to yourself to visit the Fishermen’s Bastion. Tour will continue to the Gillert Hill before crossing the Elisabeth Bridge from where you drive towards the Heroes’ square. Passing by the opera and St. Stephen’s Basilica.

We board Danube River cruise which offers a captivating journey through the heart of Hungary's capital, blending scenic beauty with rich history. As you glide along the iconic Danube, the city's breathtaking panorama unfolds, showcasing architectural gems like Buda Castle and the Hungarian Parliament Building, illuminated in the evening glow. The Chain Bridge, connecting Buda and Pest, adds a touch of romanticism to the cruise.

Day 4: Onto Prague. Orientation tour of Bratislava

This morning, after enjoying breakfast, complete the check-out process from your hotel and embark on your journey to Prague. Along the way, take a detour to explore the capital city of Slovakia – Bratislava. On this panoramic tour, discover the key attractions of this fascinating city, such as the Slovak National Theatre, the main square, Bratislava Castle, St. Martin's Cathedral, and more, including the impressive Bratislava Castle.

After exploring the highlights of Bratislava, resume your drive towards Prague.

Day 5: City tour of Prague with Prague Castle – Witness the Walk of the Apostles at the Astronomical Clock.

Following breakfast, commence a delightful walking tour of this enchanting city. Explore the iconic Prague Castle, reputedly the largest castle globally, stretching approximately 570 meters in length and boasting an average width of around 130 meters. Visit the impressive St. Vitus Cathedral, the seat of the Archbishop of Prague.

Continue your stroll to the magnificent Charles Bridge, renowned for its series of Baroque statues adorning the balustrade. Arrive at the Old Town Square to witness the distinctive procession of the apostles on the Astronomical Clock.

Take advantage of some free time at Wenceslas Square, a historically significant and central square in Prague. Day 6: Onto Munich, Orientation tour of Munich. Visit the BMW Welt.

In the morning, we proceed to check out and embark on a scenic drive to the picturesque city of Munich. On arrival we begin the orientation tour at the expansive Marienplatz, a vibrant square dominated by the imposing Old and New Town Hall. Take a leisurely stroll through the inner city, marveling at landmarks such as the Frauenkirche and the regal Munich Residence, which houses the former royal palaces.

Our next destination is the BMW Welt,a multifaceted venue encompassing an exhibition space, delivery center, and an adventure museum. Immerse yourself in the diverse world of the BMW Group brand, exploring the rich heritage and innovation that define this renowned automotive company.

Day 7: Fly back home

Instruction for Arrival & Departure Transfers & IMP Notes For Transfers:

  • Vienna (VIE Airport) Arrival Transfer – Flight landing time should be between 08 AM – 02 PM. (01st transfer will be at 11.00 am (1100 hrs) & 02nd transfer will be at 03.30 pm (1530 hrs)

  • Munich (MUC Airport) Departure Transfer: The coach will drop at MUC Airport by 1100 AM. Please book your flight accordingly.

  • There may be waiting up to 02-03 Hours (Post reaching in arrival hall) for arrival transfers.

  • If flight timings are before / after the suggested timing, client has to arrange his private transfers on direct payment basis. No reimbursement or adjustment of any cost is possible for private transfers.

How to Book this Tour?

  1. Call and confirm the Tour and All other Details with Mee Time Holidays

  2. A valid Passport, PAN card has to be provided along with INR 35000/- as advance by Bank transfer, UPI or via Cheque 

  3. Mee Time will provide a contact for a Visa Agency if it has one in your city as an added service. Mee Time does not take any responsibility for the Visa Issuance however. All transactions are strictly between the Client and the Visa Agency only. 

  4. Client is responsible to appear for biometrics at his/her chosen centre as per dates received 

  5. For EU, UK visas a 2.5-3-month gap is recommended between Visa Submission date and Tour Departure Date keeping in mind current issues with these Consulates!

Important Notes:
  • A person below 12 years of age on the entire tour will be considered a child

  • As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double room

  • Tours will operate subject to all Government regulations

  • All Local taxes, entrances and services are calculated as on 1st February 2023, any increase in local taxes, entry tickets and other services has to be borne and paid by the traveler/agent.

  • All transfers and extensive sightseeing with entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary) will be done in an air-conditioned coach

  • It is suggested to carry One check in bag and one hand bag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach

  • Services of our Tour Manager or local representatives, while on tour

  • On some occasions, you may have to join another group in case your group does not have adequate members

  • A local representative or your coach driver may only be there to assist you during your initial part of the tour

  • Land surcharges applicable on certain departure dates which will be notified

  • If certain sightseeing/excursions are closed, then alternate sight- seeing will be arranged.

  • Kindly note that on certain departure dates the tour routing could change. In some tours, there is also a possibility that the tour could operate in reverse itinerary. However, you will not miss any sightseeing or excursions that are mentioned in the itinerary unless its closed due to a holiday. Your Tour Manager will notify you the same

  • In case of inordinate delays and strict driving laws, packed dinner may be provided on that day

  • In case of any increase in any taxes in Europe, there would be a change in price which will be justified

  • No refunds for unutilized services

  • In case of inordinate delays and strict driving laws, packed dinner may be provided on that day

  • For any issues or redressal of any grievances, passengers/ end customers should approach their Travel agent only from where they have booked their tour

  • Any disputes and claims are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Bombay High Court at Mumbai

  • WOW reserves the right to claim from the passengers, any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in the schedule of trains, flights, coach,cruise or other services

  • WOW reserves the right to change any itinerary for operational reasons and reasons beyond the control of WOW due to Force Majeure related to weather conditions, strike, etc.

  • WOW shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur during the tour, due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passenger

  • Tours are operated subject to Reserve Bank of India / Government of India regulations

  • Tour cost is payable in EURO out of your BTQ entitlement of the passengers
