Amounts paid towards extras like activities or extra room nights or extra transfers other than those included in the tour inclusions are only returned on a ‘best effort’ basis. Mee Time is not legally liable for these amounts Amount paid towards handling charges while paying through the payment gateway (typically about 2.25%), is not returned while making any refunds. In order to offer convenience and as a goodwill gesture, we sometimes offer booking options for Mee time Tours online via payment gateways, we absorb the processing fees for our travellers in some cases. However, in case of a cancellation the payment gateway fees is not refunded back and hence we cannot refund the same to you. If for any unforeseen reason, the trip gets cancelled by Mee Time, complete refund would be given by Mee Time. Refunds (when due) are paid directly into a bank account by Mee Time and take 30-45 days to process. In case of cancellation, in addition to the trip cancellation policy stated above, losses incurred on cancelling the visa fee, insurance, and flights will be charged on actuals, over and above the standard cancellation rate even if these are part of inclusion in the package.
